Can I cancel my order after it has been placed ?Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Please note, if the item is already in transit, we will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. If you are not entirely happy with your order when you receive it, we guarantee a full refund. To qualify for a refund, please return the item(s) to us in the same condition as sent within 28 days of receipt, along with your details and the location where you purchased your item. Please note that we will not refund item(s) that have been worn. Please ask for proof of posting when returning your item(s). Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. The refund will be processed once your goods are received by us.
