Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once you place your order, it will be shipped within 5 working days. This prompt shipping time allows us to carefully pack each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition for your little one.

 

We endeavour to provide timely and dependable shipping to meet your needs seamlessly.

For UK orders, we use a reliable courier service with a shipping cost of £3.00. We offer free delivery when you spend over £50.00. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 1 to 3 working days.

UK orders are dispatched via courier and can be fully tracked from the moment they leave us until they reach your doorstep. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, which you can use to follow the status of your parcel in real-time.

 

For our international customers, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail International post with a shipping cost of £8.00. We offer free delivery when you spend over £100.00.

 

Delivery times for worldwide orders typically range between 5 and 7 working days after dispatch. 

While you will not be able to track your overseas order, rest assured that you can receive a confirmation once your item has been delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order when you receive it, we guarantee a full refund.

 

To qualify for a refund, please return the item(s) to us in the same condition as sent within 28 days of receipt, along with your details and the location where you purchased your item. Please note that we will not refund item(s) that have been worn.

 

Please ask for proof of posting when returning your item(s). Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

 

The refund will be processed once your goods are received by us.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Please note, if the item is already in transit, we will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. However, once you receive the order, you can initiate a return following our return policy.

We strive to provide the highest quality children's clothing and accessories. If you receive an item with a clear defect, we will offer a replacement and deliver it to you free of charge. Alternatively, you can request a full refund once we have received the faulty item.
