SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to have your order shipped within three working days of you placing your order.

​Once we have posted your order we will send you an email confirming that it's on its way.

 

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail post and priced as follows:

 

Free Delivery - 2-3 working days

£2.00 1st Class - 1-2 working days

£3.00 1st Class Recorded - 1-2 working days

£8.00 Special Delivery - 1 working day

 

All worldwide orders are sent by Royal Mail by International standard post and costs £5.00. Expected delivery time is 5-7 working days.

Unfortunately orders sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post are not trackable.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded: 

You will be able to see confirmation that your item has been delivered and see the signature that we obtain. You won't be able to fully track your item throughout its journey. 

 

Special Delivery: 

End to end tracking and signature on delivery online or via your mobile.

All Recorded, Special Delivery and International orders can be tracked on the Royal Mail website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel an order at any time from when place your order until 14 days have passed from the day your goods were delivered to you.

You can cancel you order by contacting us via email at: you@weeclothing.co.uk, phone: +44 7715 690820 or by writing to us at: Studio One, 2 Campion Close, Gloucester, GL4 6YQ. 

If your order has not yet been shipped then we will provide you with a refund within 24 hours. If the item is in transit the we will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you.

RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee to refund any unworn item(s) if you are not completely happy with your order when you receive it. Return it to us in the same condition as sent within 28 days of receipt along with your details and where you purchased the item. We will not refund item(s) that have been worn.

Please ask for your proof of posting certificate from the Post Office and retain it for your reference. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.


The refund will be processed once your goods are received by us. 

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

We endeavour to provide the highest quality handmade children's clothing. Where there is a clear defect with the goods supplied we will offer a replacement and delivery of the replacement free of charge.

 

Alternatively a full refund will be given on request once we have received the faulty item.
