What are your payment options?

Payment of all goods can be made using a credit or debit card or via a Paypal account. Your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

How do I track my order?

We aim to have your order shipped within three working days of you placing your order.

All UK orders are sent Recorded by 1st Class Royal Mail and costs £3.00. Expected delivery time is 1-3 working days.

All worldwide orders are sent by Royal Mail International tracked and signed post and costs £8.00. Expected delivery time is 5-7 working days.

All UK orders are sent Recorded 1st Class Royal Mail.

You will be able to see confirmation that your item has been delivered and see the signature that we obtain. You won't be able to fully track your item throughout its journey. 

 

Royal Mail aim to deliver signed for 1st Class items the next working day, including Saturdays.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order at any time from when place your order until 14 days have passed from the day your goods were delivered to you.

If your order has not yet been shipped then we will provide you with a refund within 24 hours. If the item is in transit the we will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you.

What is your returns policy?

We guarantee to refund any item(s) if you are not completely happy with your order when you receive it. Return it to us in the same condition as sent within 28 days of receipt along with your details and where you purchased the item. We will not refund item(s) that have been worn.

Please ask for your proof of posting certificate from the Post Office and retain it for your reference. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.


The refund will be processed once your goods are received by us. 

How do I return a faulty item?

We endeavour to provide the highest quality handmade children's clothing. Where there is a clear defect with the goods supplied we will offer a replacement and delivery of the replacement free of charge. Alternatively a full refund will be given on request once we have received the faulty item.

We enjoy working closely with our wholesale customers as we want to provide them with a clothing range with a difference.

Can I have my order gift wrapped??

All orders are wrapped in tissue and ted with ribbon. A personalised notelet can be added to the order.
